2017 University of Portland Summer Camps
Learn from 2016 West Coast Conference coach of the year Brent Crouch at the University of Portland’s 2017 summer camps. Throughout July, Portland will host multi-day camps and day clinics focused on improving players’ technical skills. All camps, led by Crouch, his staff and current UP players, will take place at the University’s Chiles Center, located only 25 minutes from Portland International Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Portland.

Elite Skills Camp – July 9-11: The emphasis of the Elite Skills camp is to teach and develop the fundamental techniques of volleyball, as well as game strategies. Basic skills are stressed in drills, while team play is incorporated to teach how all the fundamentals fit in the game. Campers will be evaluated in all skills. The camp is open to athletes entering grades 9-12 in the fall of 2017. The camp will consist of individual skills training as well as some team competitions. Campers stay overnight in Elam Hall, a dorm located on campus and a short walk to Allen Arena. Athletes are allowed to pick their own roommates — encourage your friends and teammates to sign up for camp.

2017 California State University, Bakersfield Summer Camps
Join us for various summer camps in July to learn all things volleyball! Attacking, setting, passing, blocking, serving and much more! Our camps are continually growing in popularity with fun and skills for all ages. — OSU’s highest-level camp. Participants are grouped by skill levels and age. Experience the Oregon State campus life. Live and dine on campus for 4 days and 3 nights.

— Instruction in the six basic volleyball skills. Lunch is provided both days.
