As the days get warmer, people start peeling off the layers. The same applies for your makeup. Spring is bright and fresh so it only makes sense that makeup follows that trend as well. Every spring brings along with it the resurgence of pastels. Your skin starts to feel not so dry. And the natural coloring of your face starts to come back again. Spring makeup is all about being light and clean. Go with a lighter weight foundation, add some pink to your cheeks and shimmer to your lips and bright color to your eyes.
With the gorgeous Christine, I started with her complexion. I used a lightweight liquid foundation to even her skin tone and keep her skin dewy. I then used bronzer to warm up the complexion high on the cheekbones and popped that with a peachy-pink blush swirled on the apples of her cheek. I used a dark eye pencil drawn thinly along her top lash line and smudged it with my finger so as to not see a visible line. I put two layers of mascara since I didn’t use any eye shadow. I then completed her look by using a nude shimmer lipstick.
