Olympians’ Favorites

I’ve always been a big fan of getting my information from “the source.” Rumors and hearsay are exactly that: rumors and hearsay. If you want to know someone’s opinions, ideas, or thoughts, go to them directly. So, when I went in search of athletes’ top musical favorites, I did just that. I contacted three of our U.S. Olympic athletes, April Ross, Jordan Larson, and Reid Priddy, to find out what they are listening to as they prepare for London. Their different musical tastes give you a little glimpse into each of them as individuals, but the common theme with all of them is that each track is motivational to the athlete. As April Ross said: “I love all sorts of music depending on what I’m doing, but it has to be a really good jam if it’s going to fire me up before we play.”
