The NFL and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania have selected 36 elite high school athletes to participate in the inaugural NFL-Wharton Prep Leadership Program. Ahren Moydell, a defensive specialist from Denver, Colo., was one of these talented young athletes chosen. Moydell, a starter at Chaparral High School, has helped her team win two 5A state championships in the past two seasons. She is also the starting libero of the Denver Volleyball Club 17s team. Her academic and athletic achievements have earned her this opportunity to attend the NFL-Wharton program where she and the other scholar athletes from around the country will have the opportunity to sit in on seminars on leadership, professional development, career development, financial education, and management. The program will take place this June.
