Free Juniors Clinic at King of the Mountain

Beach volleyball pros will share their expertise with juniors players in a free clinic at Ford Park in Vail, Colo., in association with the Vail King of the Mountain doubles tournament June 14-15. Kerri Walsh Jennings will coach, along with Angie Akers, Dax Holdren, and Ryan Mariano. The coaches will also be available for meet and greet autograph sessions at the Solaris Plaza both Friday and Saturday, and will participate in an exhibition on Saturday from 3-4 p.m.

The King of the Mountain tournament is an annual tournament hosted on Father’s Day weekend. Players can chose to participate in father/son, father/daughter divisions or one of three senior/masters divisions: men’s or women’s open, A, BB, B; coed A, BB, B; girls U18, U16, U14, U12. At press time, men’s and women’s open divisions were both full, but still taking names for the waiting list.
