Fall Fitness Program

You don't have to wait for January to roll around to tackle new fitness goals. Here at VBM, we think a late fall fitness push can help you get through the holidays healthy and stress-free, recover from a grueling indoor season, and hit the sand or gym next spring stronger and better prepared than ever before.

Our fall fitness contributors include sports performance and nutrition experts from The Boston Institute of Jump, the United States Olympic Committee, and the ranks of professional athletes.

Check out these fitness features from the November 2013 issue, and we'll have you whipped into shape in no time.
